📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days):
- Orders under $70 ship for $4.99. Free shipping on orders $70 and above.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
📬 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Megoha is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@megoha.us.
